Being able to serve and lead AED is such an honor. AED has played a pivotal role in my time at Carolina, and I am excited to see it serve others as well. AED is a diverse community of individuals from various backgrounds connected by a shared passion for healthcare. My vision for AED is to be an inclusive place where every member is uplifted, valued, and celebrated. Through collaboration, we can challenge and redefine ideas of what health and healthcare can and should be. We achieve this through our three pillars: Academics, Service, and Social. These pillars foster growth as students, future healthcare professionals, community members, and friends.

Since joining AED in 2021, the support and knowledge I've gained from each member have been invaluable. The growth this organization has provided in every aspect of my life is something I will carry with me as a healthcare professional. The Executive Board and I are thrilled and confident in our chapter’s continued growth.
